Chunky Mix:
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Ice Cream Mix:
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 qt. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 c. whole milk
dash salt

Chunky Mix:
Mix ingredients in the and spread on cookie sheet and bake @ 350 for 20 min. Cool.

Ice Cream Mix:
Beat together eggs and sugar. Mix cream, dry pudding mix, vanilla and salt. Add eggs and sugar. Add pie filling and milk. Put into freezer. Freeze according to freezer directions. Add the topping when dasher is removed, stir well. Freeze and enjoy.
