Italian Sausage and Tortellini Soup Recipe

1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
5 c. beef broth
2 c. chopped tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
1 large chopped zucchini
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 T. dried basil
1 T. oregano
10 oz. cheese tortellini
salt and pepper and grated Parmesan to taste

Saute sausage and drain. Add onion and garlic saute until translucent. Return sausage. Add broth, veggies and spices. Simmer 40-60 minutes. Add pasta and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve with Parmesan cheese.
