1 quart boiling water 2 Orange pekoe tea bags 1 Earl Grey tea bag Sugar to taste Lemon
Bring 1 quart water to a rolling boil, add 3 Orange pekoe tea bags and 1 Earl Grey tea bag to the water, remove from heat. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Pour tea into a 2 quart pitcher, add about 1 quart cold water. Sweeten with sugar, add a squeeze of lemon, serve over ice
