3/4 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Water 2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Carmalize sugar in heavy skillet. Pour into mold that has been heated in warm oven.
Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy. Stir in condensed milk, beat until well blended. Add water and vanilla. Pour on top of caramel. Place in large pan of boiling water in preheated oven. Bake approximately 1 hour. Do not over bake. Bake till center is almost set. Cool completely. Loosen around edges and invert on serving plate.
I triple recipe except for using 1 Cup Caramel.
