Sauce
1/2 c. mayo
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Cooked Chicken
Broccoli cooked or thawed
Rice
Lemon pepper
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and put on bottom of glass baking dish. Put broccoli on top next. Place shredded chicken over broccoli. Mix the lemon juice, soup, mayo, and lemon pepper. Pour over the chicken. Grate cheese and spread over top.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until dish bubbles.
