1/2 package lasagna noodles (1 lb. package)
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
3/4 lb. hamburger
15 oz. small curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
Parsley flakes 2 or 3 tbsp.
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. (Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil to make clean up easier). Set oven to 375. Brown hamburger and drain the grease. Add meat to the spaghetti sauce. Add eggs and parsley flakes to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly. Just cover the bottom of the pan with a small amount of sauce. Cover the sauce with a layer of noodles. Cover noodle with a third of the remaining sauce. Cover sauce with a third of the cottage cheese mixture and then a third of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat with two more layers. (Noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, and mozzarella). Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375. Then, uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Let the lasagna stand for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
