6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Topping
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
sunflower seeds, nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and set aside. Combine milk and beaten egg together. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, egg, and then melted butter. Mix until blended. Will be very fluffy. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle more melted butter over top. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and raisins and sprinkle. Add whatever else. Bake 425 for 15 minutes.
