3 cups pecan halves
1 egge white, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. cool water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each of cinnamon, cloves, all spice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, then bake on cookie sheets at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool, then place in containers with lids.
