Meat Loaf
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup
Topping
1/4-1/2 c. ketchup
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. For the topping mix the 1/4-1/2 c. ketchup and brown sugar to taste. Put on top of meat loaf for last 5-10 minutes of baking.

If using 1 lb. of hamburger still use 1 envelope of soup mix, but half everything else.
