Ingredients:  
1 large fryer (chicken) put in water (2 or 3 quarts) cook until tender
cup onion, chopped
to one cup celery, chopped
cup bell pepper, chopped
1 jar pimento (small)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (2 if you like more flavor)
1 pound pkg. of spaghetti
1 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 or 5 cups of the chicken broth with the chopped onion, celery, bell pepper, pimento, and soup. Cook over medium heat until tender. Take chicken off bone and cut into pieces. Cook 1 pound package of spaghetti. When everything is done, mix it all together chicken, spaghetti (drained), and soup mixture. Add cheese, mixing well. Add more broth, if necessary, to make it juicy. Salt and pepper to taste.
