1 lb. ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning mix
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of Chile Hot Beans
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)
1 can of stewed tomatoes (any flavor
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions, drain. Mix Hidden Valley ranch dressing and taco seasoning mix into meat. Then without draining, add all other ingredients. Simmer for one hour.
Options:
Serve with baked potatoes (my favorite)
Top each bowl of soup with sour cream
Serve with nacho chips (Brian's favorite)
