2 C flour
1/2 C chopped pecans
2 C semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 C butter
1 (14oz) can sweet condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 (13oz) package chocolate kisses (remove the wrappers)
2 oz white baking chocolate
1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and pecans; set aside. Microwave butter and chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. When cool, shape a tablespoonful of dough around each kiss. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350º, 7-9 minutes. Cool

Melt white chocolate in oil, drizzle over cookies.
