1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine
1 egg

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix (cut) first 3 ingredients together and pat into 9 X 12 X 2 inch greased and floured pan (very thick layer).
Mix together next 4 ingredients. Spread over mix in pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
