1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen, shredded hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded hot pepper cheese (Mexican velvetta)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (6 oz.) diced cooked ham
1/2 c. half & half
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease quiche plate or 10 inch pie plate. Press thawed hash browns between paper towel to remove moisture. Press into plate to make solid crust, brush with melted butter. Bake at 450 for 25 min.. Sprinkle cheeses and ham evenly over bottom of crust. Beat cream with eggs & seasoned salt. Pour over cheeses and ham. Bake, uncovered 30-40 min. at 350 or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
