3 oz lemon Jello made with 2 cups water
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 Tbsp vinegar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
5 oz bottle horseradish
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Let first 4 ingredients get soupy in refrigerator. Add parsley and horseradish. Fold in whipping cream. Congeal in ring. Garnish with parsley.
