Ingredients:  
1 stick butter - melt in pan and then pour into
1 cup sugar, stir, then add
2 eggs, one at a time
Sift together 1 cup flour,
5 T cocoa
1/2 TSR salt
add all this to egg mixture
add 1 TSR vanilla and
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. sprinkle with powdered sugar or can ice with chocolate icing.
