1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup pecans
3 T sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 small instant choc pudding
3 cups milk
Cool Whip to top
chopped nuts and chocolate shavings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients for crust and pat into bottom of 8 x 8 pan, bake at 350 for 15 minutes, let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 c. cool whip together and spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk together and spread over cream cheese layer. Cover top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate shavings.

This is delicious and makes a large pan. I have made this in a 9 x 13 dish as well, the layers are just thinner. Good for a crowd. Can also be made using all low fat and sugar free ingredients just as well
