3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp melted butter

Place this topping on the sweet potatoes and Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then pour into casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together in a bowl, then crumble mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

The Hall/Batts family always has this dish for our holiday table. Jenn makes Ben's mother's recipe which is similar but adds crushed pineapple and tops with marshmallows. Kim's family also tops their sweet potato casserole with marshmallows.
