2 c flour, whole wheat works well
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c corn meal
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c oil
2 eggs
chili, homemade or canned
1 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together, except chili and cheese, then add liquids gradually to prevent lumps. Cook on waffle iron until crisp. Serve topped with heated chili and grated cheese.
