1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 egg, beaten
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; stir in milk, lemon juice or vinegar, and melted butter. Stir in beaten egg. Cook on greased waffle iron.
