1-3/4 c water
1 tsp butter, margarine, or oil (helps with boil over)

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients into 2 qt microwave safe dish. Cook on high, UNCOVERED for 10 minutes. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork when ready to use.
If using minute rice, reduce time to 7 minutes.
