3 c shredded cabbage 1 c shredded carrots 1 tsp celery seed 1/4 c salad oil 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 c sugar 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 T minced dried onion
Combine all ingredients, adding more sugar if desired. Let stand overnight in refrigerator before serving. Excess liquid may be drained from slaw before serving. Extra cabbage may be added. May be frozen.
