1 c. margarine
9 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. mint flavoring
1 & 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
green food coloring
1 container chocolate frosting

To make the brownies: Over medium heat, melt butter, add chocolate, then stir in sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Spread into a 9x13 pan, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Don't overcook the brownies. Remove from the oven when a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside to cool.

To make the frosting: Mix together powered sugar, milk, butter, and mint, then add green food coloring to make the color you want.

When the brownies are cool, spread on the mint frosting. Put the pan in the freezer until the frosting is frozen (at least half an hour). Once the mint frosting is frozen, spread the chocolate frosting on top. Use the entire container of frosting to keep the chocolate from mixing with the mint.

Personal Notes:
If I'm making these for a BYU football game, I use blue food coloring instead of green.
