Stew meat (any amount) at least 1 lb.
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 large onion or (1 c.)
1 large green pepper or 1 1/2 c. chopped
2 15 oz. cans rinsed and drained black beans
2 15 oz. regular cans or 1 large can tomatoes or chili style chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the meat in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add ingredients in order. Sprinkle chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin over meat. Add onion, green pepper, black beans, and tomatoes. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. DON'T STIR OR MIX until after the 8 to 10 hours, then stir well and add the tomato sauce and salt and pepper.
