3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, including sugar, into mixing bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients and add all remaining ingredients. Mix together until smooth. Portion into 3 conventional bread pans. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until done. May be stored or frozen. Nuts may be added.
