2c. flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 c. pumpkin 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1/4 c. softened butter
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. Combine pumpkin,sugar, milk, and eggs. Add the dry ingredients and softened butter. Add chocolate chips, nuts or whatever you want. Grease bread pans. Bake at 350º for 45-55 min.
