3 - 12 oz. cans medium black olives (pitted), drained
1 - 21 oz. jar stuffed green olives, drained
1 - 15 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1/3 - 1/2 green pepper
2 T. wine vinegar
2 T. liquid garlic
1 1/2 tsp. oregano (dry)
1/2 red onion
3 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and pepper. Combine ingredients and stir well. Place in covered bowl in refrigerator for 24 hrs., stirring occasionally. Salad will marinate faster at room temperature.

This makes a large salad. Half of the recipe is better unless large crowd.
