1 lb. Craisins Medium Red onion Cilantro 3-4 Jalapeņos 1/4 c. Honey 1 c. OJ Juice of 1-2 limes Pinch of Salt
Whisk Juices, honey and Salt until combined. Add onion, Cilantro and Jalapeņos (All minced - Do not use a food processor). Add Craisins and toss well. Let sit overnight in fridge. Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
