2 lb lean hamburger
2 T Mortonís Tender Quick Salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 Ĺ tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp whole peppercorns
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Divide into 4 parts. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
