1 lb. Hamburger
5 c. Water
1 16 oz. can chopped Tomato (I prefer the italian style)
2 med. Onions chopped
2 med. Carrots chopped
2 stalks of Celery chopped
3/4 c. of barley or rice
1/4 c. Ketchup
2 Beef Boulion cubes
1 tsp. Season Salt
1 tsp. Dry Basil
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
In a Soup pot, brown the hamburger and then drain. Place all the remaining ingredients in the pot with the drained hamburger and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about an hour or until vegetables are tender.
