3 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs beaten
1 c milk
1/2 c oil
2 c blueberries
1 c walnuts
1 c oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 365. Mix together eggs, oil and milk. Add sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix lightly. Fold in blueberries, nuts and oatmeal. Bake in muffin tins lined with paper cups for 20-25 minutes. Muffins will be light brown.
