3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased muffin tins or tins lined with papers.
bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
