1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. seedless red grapes
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. craisins
1 c. sunflower seeds (or almond slivers or chopped cashews)
1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up all ingredients, toss together and refrigerate. Salad is best when dressing has been able to marinate the salad for a few hours.
