2 T. butter or margarine
4 T. flour
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg crab meat (or shrimp)
6 oz cooked fettuccine
1 T. fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, gradually add half and half. Stir until thickened. Add cheese. Cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab meat. Heat 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Toss fettuccine with sauce. Serve immediately.

If you like Crab or Shrimp Alfredo, you'll like this. My niece, Catherine, always orders this when she goes to a restaurant. You can even use a combo of shrimp and crab, or even chicken if you don't like or can't eat seafood.
