1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
1 egg - beaten
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape with wet hands into small meatballs. Broil until brown. Meanwhile combine sauce ingredients and place browned meatballs in sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
