Whisk together:

1 Tbsp flaxseed blended in blender until fine
C old fashioned oats blended in blender until fine
1 C whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
C brown sugar

Add and mix:
2/3 C broken walnuts

Blend in pint jar until runny:
2 bananas
Mix with
1 15.5 oz can applesauce

Add fruit mixture to dry with a few quick strokes. Pour into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 approximately 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Test at least 3 muffins, as they may not all cook through at the same time.
