1 c. quick cooking grits
1 tsp. salt
4 cups boiling water
8 oz. American cheese
1- 8 oz. box of jalapeno velveeta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil. Slowly add salt and then add grits. Cook, stirring frequently until grits are done. While still hot, add remaining ingredients. Put into a greased oblong 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350 until bubbly.

* Note: May be made ahead of time, refrigerated, and baked
just before serving.
