24 chicken wings
1/2 c. melted butter
6 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine the butter, hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic.
Brush wings with the sauce.
Bake for 40 - 45 min. or until cooked through, basting frequently.
Just before serving, pour remaining sauce over wings; broil for one min. to crisp the skin.
