1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 heaping cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use middle rack of oven. Generously coat a 12-cup Bundt pan with butter.

Cake: Cream butter and sugar; then add eggs. Add baking powder, salt, vanilla, then flour. Finally add sour cream. Mix well.

Topping: Combine walnuts, cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons sugar.

Put one-third of topping in bottom of prepared pan. Add one-third of batter. Then alternate layers, ending with batter. It will be a little hard to spread. Bake 50 to 60 minutes (until toothpick or spaghetti comes out clean). Cool 10 to 15 minutes in pan and then invert on serving dish. Cake freezes well.
