4 cucumbers, peeled, scored, sliced
1 onion sliced
1 c sugar
1 c water
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced cucumbers and onion in ice water and salt for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, heat the water and sugar until dissolved completely. Let cool. Mix sugar water with vinegar and oil. Drain the cucumbers and onions and add to liquid. Refrigerate over nigh in air tight container.
