1 package brownie mix
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
3/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 container chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom only of 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.

Prepare and bake brownies as directed on package, using oil, water and eggs. Cool for 10 minutes.

Spread brownies with preserves. Place in freezer for 40 minutes or until preserves are chilled and firm.

Stir frosting container until smooth. Carefully spread chocolate frosting over preserves.

Store in refrigerator; allow to stand at room temperature 5-10 minutes before serving.
