3 T vegetable oil 1/2 c soy sauce 2 t ground ginger 1 t garlic powder 1 1/2 in thick beef top round stead (3 lb)
Mix oil, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Place meat in large plastic bag - add marinade. Refrigerate 2 - 6 hours turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag - pat dry. Broil or grill steak 25 - 30 minutes
