Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:  
combine - 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
2 3/4 t baking powder
3/4 t salt

Combine and add to dry ingredients
1 egg beaten
3/4 c milk
1/3 c vegetable oil

stir until moist

Combine and toss:
1 c blueberries
1 T flour
1T sugar

Fold blueberries into batter. Spoon into 6 large muffin tins.

Combine and crumble over top of muffins:
1/4 c sugar
2 1/2 T flour
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 T butter

Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes
