1 cube butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. cream cheese
Cookies
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
or add 1/2 tsp. baking soda into the 1 c. of yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
4-5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening, and eggs together. Add soda to yogurt and let sit for two minutes. Add to cream mixture and stir. Add vanilla, baking powder, salt and flour to make a soft dough. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Frost and serve
You'll want to watch them with the yogurt to make sure it bakes the same as sour cream.
