2 1/2 lbs. cubed peeled sweet potatoes
1/2 c. half and half
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 (7 oz.) can chipotle Chile's in abodo sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return potato to pan. Add half and half, butter, and juice; mash to desired consistency. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
Remove 2 Chile's from can and chop; reserve remaining Chile's and adobo sauce for another use.
Stir chopped Chile's, brown sugar, salt, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon into potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
