2 c small curd cottage cheese 1 package frozen chopped spinach - thawed & squeezed dry 8 oz crumbled feta cheese 3 oz cream cheese cut into cubes 6 T all purpose flour 1/2 t pepper 1/4 t salt 4 eggs slightly beaten
In large mixing bowl combine the cottage cheese, spinach, feta cheese and cream cheese. Add the flour, pepper and salt - mix well - stir in eggs
Spoon into greased 9 inch baking dish - bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour until set
