1 - 4 lb Sirloin Tip Roast
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 large white onion
1 large can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 c sour cream
1 large box Fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot with onion soup mix - cut up onion - and soup.

Cook overnight - pour broth off roast in saucepan
Heat broth - Thicken with 3 T flour mixed in a little water. Add 1 c sour cream.

Break up roast - pour gravy over it and stir up. Can put in the crock pot on low.

Cook Fettuccine according to directions - put beef and gravy mixture on top .

Delicious!
