2 tsp. butter
4 c. fresh or frozen corn (6 ears)
1 c. diced onion
˝ c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. dice jalapeno
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
˝ c. heavy cream (or milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat and add everything but the cream. Cook until the vegetable are soft or about 10 min. Leave on low until ready to serve. Add cream and cook for 2 min. If you use milk, it will be thinner and almost taste the same.
