2.5 cps shredded new York White Cheddar Cheese. the shaper the better!!
1/3 cp grated onion
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1/2 cp raspberry preserves, not jam.

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine cheese & onion mix well. Blend in mayo. Form into a flat mound (think of a pancake) on serving dish with a rim. Top with the preserves.
