8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbs sour cream
2 tbs curry powder
1/2 cp raisins
1/2 cp chopped green onions (scallions)
1/2 cp coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 jar of mango chutney

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese & sour cream. Blend in curry. Add onions, raisins, & peanuts and mix thoroughly. Form into ball. Can be made 4 days ahead. I always make 1-2 days ahead. To serve, place ball on platter with a rim and pour chutney over the cheese ball place cocktail bread around the platter.
